New update, I have completed the 500 mile rear dif oil change and had the oil changed tire rotation and alignment. So far everything seems to be working great, I’ve been to other 4x4 shops but I am very happy with John’s 4x4, they’re the shop I trust and will continue taking my truck to them.

So far what was done, oil change BG products, tire rotation, and valve cover gasket are great. I'm just waiting for uca bushings to complete alignment.

I had an issue with my 2023 Ram 2500 with the 6.7L Cummins, and I’m very glad I brought it to REV Outfitters in Johnstown. They were able to squeeze me in within a few days, while the dealerships in the area were quoting a minimum two-week wait.

From the beginning, they listened to my concerns, quickly diagnosed the problem, and presented multiple options based on my needs and how much work I wanted to have done. They took the time to clearly walk me through the entire process, what the job would entail, and what I could expect. There was no ambiguity or pressure.

They also provided recommendations for maintaining the truck and keeping it in great working condition going forward. Everyone I dealt with was kind, professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work.
