At REV Outfitters, we live and breathe the off-road lifestyle. While our trail rides are designed for fun, connection, and exploration, they also involve risk — and we want to make sure you're fully aware before hitting the trail with us.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT. BY CONSENTING, YOU WAIVE CERTAIN RIGHTS.

Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that participating in an off-road trail ride organized by REV Outfitters involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to:

Uneven, rocky, or slippery terrain

Mechanical failure or equipment malfunction

Collisions or rollovers

Exposure to weather, dust, or wildlife

Actions of other drivers or passengers

I acknowledge that REV Outfitters cannot guarantee my safety and that I voluntarily choose to participate fully aware of these risks.

Assumption of Responsibility
I take full responsibility for my actions and the condition of any vehicle I operate or ride in. I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating and will operate in a safe and respectful manner.

Release of Liability
In consideration for being allowed to participate, I, for myself and any legal representatives, heirs, or assigns, release and hold harmless REV Outfitters, its owners, employees, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims for injury, loss, property damage, or death that may occur during or after the ride — whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Vehicle Damage & Personal Property
I understand that REV Outfitters is not responsible for any damage to my personal vehicle or belongings. I accept full responsibility for any costs associated with repairs, recovery, or towing.

Media Release
I grant REV Outfitters permission to use any photos or videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
