Old Man Emu offers a range of tuned and matched integrated suspension kits for Toyota 4 Runner and Tacoma to ensure the right suspension is selected for how the vehicle is outfitted and the conditions it will encounter. These suspension systems are designed to enhance ride quality, ride control, load-carrying capacity (additional support up to 660 lbs), and ride height.

When building an off-road vehicle, it's best to notate the heavy parts that you plan to add. Heavy components will slowly begin to compress your suspension which results in vehicle sag. Choosing an Old Man Emu integrated suspension kit will avoid sag and ride discomfort as their engineers have tuned and matched suspension components for a range of different weights. Old Man Emu has an offering of 3 different shock absorbers to ensure that you can find an integrated suspension kit for your truck or SUV to suit your every demand, vehicle outfit and road condition. Increased ride heights are 2" or 2.5" depending on vehicle model.

ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on- and off-road. Typical packages include tuned 2.5 Series coil-over shocks featuring internal and external reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. These coil-overs are height adjustable from 1"-3.5” (depending on model), allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

Billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms not only add strength and durability but help retain factory alignment specs, offer on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment, and allow proper wheel alignment at the lift height this system provides.

Additionally, polyurethane bushings for differential and links for increased durability and articulation. The dual-rate rear coil design provides a softer ride height spring rate with a firmer overload rate that combine to deliver on-road comfort with excellent bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance.

Fox offers their Performance, Elite, and Performance Series coilover and shock systems. FOX shocks improve the stock platform by eliminating the vehicle’s forward rake, providing a level ride height, and increasing the suspension articulation of your truck. External reservoirs increase oil capacity, remove dead space from the shock body, and decrease the harshness associated with nitrogen ramp-up.

King performance kits are custom tuned to the Toyota truck or SUV model with unparalleled levels of performance and ride quality. Each kit has been subjected to punishing real world testing to develop the optimal damping curve and spring rate (if applicable) for your vehicle. External finned reservoirs dramatically increase fluid capacity, heat dissipation and provide sustained damping performance even under the most punishing conditions.
