Fleet Company Application

Applicant’s signature attests financial responsibility, ability and willingness to pay our invoices including Net 30 Days, 1.5% per month interest on past due balances, and all costs and reasonable attorney’s fees in the event collection becomes necessary. Venue shall be in Larimer County, Colorado, for all actions on the agreement. All information on this Application, as well as any accompanying and supporting information is for the purpose of obtaining credit and is warranted to be true. Applicant authorizes Rev Outfitters & John's 4x4 to investigate the references listed pertaining to Applicant’s credit and financial responsibility. The person(s) signing this document certifies that they have full legal authority to sign and attest for the Applicant Company that is requesting credit as stated on this application.
